1 Click the Test Audio button..   2 If you can hear the sound, your computer is configured properly.   3 If you cannot hear the sound, first be sure that your computer volume is set to maximum and that your audio output is not muted.   4 If you still cannot hear the sound, be sure that the browser window is not muted.
