Target Audience 
This medical education faculty development day is geared towards: Teaching, research and clinical faculty of DUCOM.

Objectives: 
Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to discuss strategies to cope in times of uncertainty to build resilience, define critical communication and build skills in conflict resolution.
