Getting Computer HELP!

When you need help with a problem, a password reset, a hardware problem, a problem accessing the online videos it is sometimes confusing to know who to go to. See the descriptions below and if you are unsure then contact us at time@drexel.edu and we will help you figure out who to contact.

College of Medicine Dean's Office
Technology in Medical Education (TIME) / Educational Resources

We can answer questions and help you resolve problems with websites on Webcampus, applications that we develop and support, as well as 3rd party applications we support for the medical school curriculum. In addition we deal with classroom and lab technology, videoconferencing and presentation technology that faculty use to teach. We can also point you in the right direction if you have a problem we cannot resolve or if you are unsure who to contact.

Our office is located on the 7th floor of the Health Sciences Building on main campus; 60 N 36th St, Philadelphia, PA 19104. At the West Reading campus, the Educational Resources office is located on the 2nd floor right next to the main lobby in room 213. We request you contact us to schedule an appointment to either Zoom remotely to help you or to schedule an appointment in person. Your first option should be to send an email with a detailed secription of your problem to time@drexel.edu.
