Teaching and Evaluating DrexelMed Students

Welcome to the Faculty & Residents as Teachers Portal!

Drexel University College of Medicine clinician teachers, faculty and residents provide a critical component of medical student education. The DUCOM Office of Educational Affairs has developed this portal to provide a repository of resources.

In addition, the module "Residents as Teachers" is required of all DUCOM affiliated residents and can be accessed here.

We hope that these resources are helpful to you. Please contact us if you would like our assistance in developing live faculty development or 'resident as teachers' sessions at your institution. To get started, click on a topic to expand that section.

Please also make sure that you review the overall MD program objectives as well as the objectives for the clerkship in which you teach, so you can best understand your role as a teacher and evaluator.

Lastly, we value your feedback on any of these resources, and welcome suggestions on additional topics of interest.

Thank you very much for everything you do for our students!
