Scheduling a Videoconference

If you want to call one other videoconferencing unit (but not more than 1) within DrexelMed, then you can utilize the directory on your videoconference unit and place the call yourself. If you want to call one videoconferencing unit outside of DrexelMed (at another institution) you can dial that yourself, however you should test this out days in advance.

The following circumstances will require reserved resources. To discuss your needs and schedule a videoconference, please contact Lori O'Connell, Manager of Edcuational Resources at 215-991-8569 or lo25@drexel.edu

  • If you want to include a desktop participant with their own webcam (requires advance set up and testing with desktop user)
