Getting Computer HELP!

When you need help with a problem, a password reset, a hardware problem, a problem accessing the online videos it is sometimes confusing to know who to go to. See the descriptions below and if you are unsure then contact us at time@drexel.edu and we will help you figure out who to contact.

College of Medicine Dean's Office
Information Technology / Technology in Medical Education (TIME)

We can answer questions and help you resolve problems with websites on Webcampus, applications that we develop and support, as well as 3rd party applications we support for the medical school curriculum. In addition we deal with classroom and lab technology, videoconferencing and presentation technology that faculty use to teach. We can also point you in the right direction if you have a problem we cannot resolve or if you are unsure who to contact.

Our office is located at Queen Lane on the 2nd floor of the K Wing - Suite 201, the same building as the Medical Simulation Center. It is staffed between 9am and 5pm. You can walk-in or schedule an appointment. Also you can always email your problem to time@drexel.edu or leave a voice message at 215-991-8263.
