Getting Computer HELP!

When you need help with a problem, a password reset, a hardware problem, a problem accessing the online videos it is sometimes confusing to know who to go to. See the descriptions below and if you are unsure then contact us at time@drexel.edu and we will help you figure out who to contact.

College of Medicine Dean's Office
Information Technology / Technology in Medical Education (TIME)

We can answer questions and help you resolve problems with websites on Webcampus, applications that we develop and support, as well as 3rd party applications we support for the medical school curriculum. In addition we deal with classroom and lab technology, videoconferencing and presentation technology that faculty use to teach. We can also point you in the right direction if you have a problem we cannot resolve or if you are unsure who to contact.

Our office is located at Queen Lane on the 2nd floor of the K Wing - Suite 201, the same building as the Medical Simulation Center. It is staffed between 9am and 5pm. At the West Reading campus, the Educational Resources office is located on the 2nd floor right next to the main center lobby in room 213.  You can walk-in or schedule an appointment. Also you can always email your problem to time@drexel.edu or leave a voice message at 215-991-8263.

Drexel University Information Technology
Drexel University IT runs the computer center with several computers available for your use. It is located on the Ground Floor at Queen Lane (below the library). James Greene is the primary staff person and his office is located in the corridor just before the computer center. While IT does not repair computers, this office can resolve simple problems and help with wireless access at Queen Lane, among other things.

Drexel University IT is available to help if you are having problems with email, domain or DrexelOne accounts or wireless access. All password issues for your student email should be directed to Drexel IT. Phone and web support are available.
